Commission Inquiries may be carried out by Divisions of the Commission. Under the Commonwealth Grants Commission Act 1973, the Chairperson may determine which Commissioners will form the Divisions of the Commission. A Division must consist of the Chairperson and no fewer than two other Commissioners.
