Legal services expenditure
Paragraphs 109(1)(c) and 109 (1)(d) of the Legal Services Directions 2025
The accountable authority of an entity must ensure that:
(c) the entity’s legal services expenditure is appropriately recorded and monitored and
(d) by 30 October each year, the entity makes records of its legal services expenditure for the previous financial year publicly available.
The following table outlines legal services expenditure (GST exclusive) by the Commonwealth Grants Commission for the past six financial years, and are published in compliance with paragraph 109(1)(d) of the Directions.
